Position Summary...

The Staff Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of pharmacy operations. Provides patient care based on feedback received during consultations or file reviews.

What you'll do...

• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Establish strong working relationships with the Professional Services District Manager and stakeholders.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from customers, doctors, or hospitals.
• Fill prescriptions accurately, efficiently, and safely; counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Follow Walmart's SOPs and best practices.
• Operate pharmacy equipment (register, computer systems, etc.).
• Protect patient privacy and adhere to provincial regulations.
• Provide eligible services (medication reviews, injections, etc.) to meet patient needs.
• Ensure pharmacy is open during posted hours and assist in executing the business plan with the Pharmacy Manager.
