Job Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy manager in all aspects of pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and thanking each client, locating merchandise, and maintaining high levels of customer care and patient services.
• Establish and develop strong working relationships with division management and district professional services managers.
• Manage pharmacy processes, handle prescription and renewal requests from clients, doctors, and hospitals, ensuring accurate, efficient, and secure processing.
• Advise on medication administration, usage, and effects.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Review records and reports to ensure operational compliance.
• Utilize pharmacy computer systems and equipment to update client medication profiles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Age 16 or older
• Pharmacist License (additional prescribing authorization in Alberta is optional)
