**Responsibilities:**

• Assist the pharmacy manager in all aspects of pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet and thank customers, and maintain high standards of patient care and service.
• Establish and develop strong working relationships with division management and district professional services managers.
• Manage pharmacy workflows, process prescriptions and renewals, and ensure all prescriptions are handled accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Advise on medication administration, usage, and effects.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Review records and reports to ensure operational compliance.
• Use pharmacy computer systems, cash register equipment, and update medication profiles.

**Minimum Skills:**

• Age 16 or older.
• Pharmacist License (secondary permit in Alberta: CA_APA - Additional Prescribing Authorization).
