Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients, ensuring safety. Patient care scope includes: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics, and Outpatient Services.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training:

  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
  • B.S. in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
