A leading healthcare system in Canada is seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses to deliver quality care in acute Respiratory wards. Candidates should have over 5 years of nursing experience and demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills. This role offers a shift pattern supporting service needs, ensuring best practices in patient care and clinical management.

The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Sunday - day shift / night shift and rotational to support service needs.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Medical services at the QEUH for highly motivated Registered Nurses with 5 or more years nursing experience required to provide leadership and ensure that high quality, safe, effective, person centred care in our acute Respiratory wards. They are multiple specialities such as Cystic Fibrosis, Pulmonary Hypertension, Muscular dystrophy and Lung cancer as well as supporting many other respiratory disorders.
On a daily basis you will be expected to deliver safe and effective care for our patients from admission to the ward until safe discharge. You will ensure best practice to deliver a high quality of patient care at all times in line with NHS GGC Care Assurance Standards. You will be responsible to the Senior Charge Nurse for clinical guidance & professional management. As a Registered Nurse the candidate will have responsibility for the delivery of care assurance standards to all patients. You will demonstrate that you have effective communication and organisational skills.
Evidence of personal development will be expected with a willingness to contribute to education and audit at ward level. A good understanding and knowledge of policy, procedures and local/national priorities will be required to support the team.
