About Tarvit Ward

Tarvit ward is a 22-bedded unit, including 4 specialist palliative care beds.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to older adults, focusing on rehabilitation, recovery, and adaptation.
• Contribute to health and safety initiatives to prevent and reduce risks in patient care.
• Maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills at various levels.
• Manage complex situations with professionalism and expertise.
• Assist in complex discharge planning and improve care delivery processes.

Requirements

• Passion for caring for older adults with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery.
• Experience in delivering person-centred care and complex discharge planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations effectively.
