Qualifications

• Experience designing planning modules for autonomous systems deployed to production.
• Strong C++ (preferred) or Python and Linux operating experience.
• Ability to translate ambiguous technical problems into well‑architected, robust solutions.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and iterate the mission, behavior, and motion planners for autonomous ground support equipment in airport airside environments.
• Drive technical decisions across the planning stack: algorithms, interfaces, architecture.
• Prototype and evaluate planning approaches and bring best ideas to production.
• Collaborate with perception, controls, localization, and systems teams to deliver integrated autonomy.
• Establish and promote software development and safety practices in planning domain.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and design discussions.
