Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of Java development experience
• Strong written and verbal skills: software development is a team sport, and being able to communicate effectively about everything from business outcomes to implementation details is the foundation of everything we do.
• Strong software development skills: from writing stories to creating and reviewing PRs to getting code to production and supporting it after it is deployed, we look for deep technical skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Using AI is central to creating plans, writing & reviewing code, analysing production issues, improving quality, and driving velocity. We’re looking for candidates with deep curiosity and a proven track record exploring and leveraging AI to deliver great software.
• Expertise with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• Experience working with Claude and Microsoft Copilot
• Strong AWS cloud experience
• PostgreSQL experience
• Kafka experience
