An established industry player is seeking a Staff Engineer in Analog Design to join their dynamic team in Ottawa. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a world-class IC development team based in Stansted, UK and Ottawa, Canada, with a track record of success in China, the US, and the rest of the world. We develop transimpedance amplifier (TIA) and laser driver (LD) ICs for applications up to 200G, that are fundamental to the growth of datacenters, 5G wireless, and fiber to the home. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Technical Design Engineering, you will work with the existing team on the development and design of high-speed IC products, from initial concept through to volume production.
Job Summary:
As the Staff Engineer, Analog Design, you will be a trusted member of the core team who has a deep and intuitive level of expertise in the technicality of circuit and block design. You will continuously look to improve overall architecture and be able to contribute to chip design projects running across teams.
