Job summary

Qualcomm Canada ULC in Markham is seeking highly skilled engineers to join the Hexagon NPU team, developing high-performance CPU and AI processors and IP blocks powering Snapdragon platforms.

You will contribute to RTL design, verification, power-management, and architecture optimization across multi-processor systems and RISC-V subsystems.

Qualcomm's Hexagon NPU Team is hiring for the various positions in Markham, Canada for the development of high-performance, energy-efficient CPU and AI processors.

Hexagon NPU is an in-house built Qualcomm proprietary processor which is the center of Qualcomm's hybrid AI computing capability targeted for a broad spectrum of AI use cases across market segments.

Replacement Position

We Are Seeking Highly Skilled Engineers With

• ideally 2+ years of experience
• strong knowledge in CPU/AI processor micro-architecture, architecture
• RTL design

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.

Pay Range And Other Compensation & Benefits

$129,600.00 - $179,600.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
