Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Cloud Security Architect to establish and lead security across multi-cloud environments. You will design security services using automation, IaC, and SRE practices to improve reliability.

You will collaborate across teams on CI/CD, IaC tooling, observability platforms, and compliance frameworks; familiarity with AWS/Azure and modern security trends including AI-enabled security is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing security architectures.
• 5+ years programming experience (Python/Java/Go or similar).
• 5+ years hands-on with Azure or AWS.
• 3+ years building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of IaC tools such as ARM, CFN, and Terraform.
• Experience with container tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps, SRE, and security practices.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog).
• Experience with CSPM, DSPM, or ASPM tools.
• Knowledge of CSA CCM, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and NIST CSF.
• Stay updated with latest security trends & AI technologies.

Job description

• Implement SRE practices to enhance operational processes and reliability
• Support all cloud security applications, configurations, and integrations
• Be the cloud security subject matter expert in any IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS implementations
• Assess all cloud patterns to ensure adherence to best security practices and controls
• Develop security coverage reports to identify gaps and enhance the cloud security strategy
• Lead and participate in delivering end-to-end integrated solutions
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support for critical systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing security architectures and/or engineering

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure or AWS
• 3+ years of experience in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like ARM, CFN, and Terraform
• Experience working with container tools and platforms
• Familiarity with modern Software Engineering, DevOps, and SRE practices
