THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. This role focuses on driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge in low voltage paging, intercom, sound, and security, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships to support long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Prepare proposals, presentations, quotes, and/or contracts for potential clients.
  3. Work closely with internal teams and departments to ensure successful project execution.
  4. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings, as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and business development software.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for travel to site or client meetings.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in a technical sales or business development role in electronics.
  • Knowledge of electrical or electronics systems, components, and solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and lead generation techniques.
