Evans Consoles has been providing Control Rooms Solutions around the world since 1980. We manufacture, design, and install mission-critical control rooms for technology-intensive environments. Evans is the largest provider of mission-critical controls in the world. We are seeking to add a Business Development Specialist to our BD Team to support our international sales team in researching, identifying, and qualifying opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new control room opportunities and understanding project requirements.
  • Interacting with sales and project management teams to communicate client project details.
  • Maintaining and updating the company's CRM (Hubspot) to track client and prospect information.
  • Fostering relationships with business partners, potential clients, and contacts to attract new business.

Qualifications include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in market research, business development, or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical product and service solutions.
  • Professional demeanor and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Strong proficiency with computers and familiarity with project research databases and tools.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM & Sales Hub.

This position is based in the Calgary office, with some local and national travel required.
