An experienced and innovative Analog Design Engineer with a passion for developing cutting-edge high-speed analog integrated circuits (ICs). You are adept at working independently to solve complex design challenges and have a proven track record of guiding projects and mentoring junior engineers. Your expertise spans various SERDES sub-circuits, and you are well-versed in the latest process nodes and design tools.
