You will collaborate across teams to produce reliable developer-focused features and documentation. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of software experience, expertise in AI systems, and strong written and verbal English communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional work experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience optimizing AI systems using ML and systems techniques.
• Experience with generative AI for agents and coding projects.
• Ability to design APIs and write public documentation.
• Strong technical communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead agent optimization efforts and design tools for token spend efficiency.
• Develop agentic coding systems with reliable outputs.
• Understand AI application development patterns and architectures.
• Take end-to-end ownership of new features with cross-team collaboration.
• Write public technical documentation describing Temporal concepts and APIs.
• Provide exceptional reliability and developer experience.
