Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant specializing in Financial Reporting to

join our dynamic team. The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely

financial reporting to support decision-making processes and maintain compliance with regulatory

standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for MGMA Capital Holding Limited and its subsidiaries.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the year-end audit process, providing support and documentation as required.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification or currently pursing CPA certification
  • 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a corporate setting or public accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
