Job summary

Wilkinson & Company LLP, a leading regional accounting firm in Eastern Ontario, invites applications for Staff Accountants, Co-op for Summer 2027 in Kingston or Belleville.

You will work on audits, tax, and advisory services while gaining hands-on experience. You must be enrolled in a Commerce/Business program, pursuing CPA PEP prerequisites, and part of your university’s co-op program.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Commerce/Business (Accounting preferred).
• Completing prerequisites for the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP).
• Part of university Co‑op program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working papers, financial statements and compilations.
• Assist with audits, reviews and tax engagements.
• Investigate discrepancies and problem-solve with your team.
• Collaborate directly with clients, managers and partners.
• Gain experience with industry software (Caseware, TaxPrep, QuickBooks, Sage).
• Bring your curiosity and passion to everything you do!

• Client service experience or prior accounting exposure (an asset, not required).
