Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our agile and highly collaborative finance team. What You'll Do:

1. Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
2. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
3. Reconcile bank and credit card statements
4. Help prepare internal financial reports and support audit and tax compliance
5. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
7. Continuously improve accounting workflows and support system implementations as needed

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. 2–4 years of accounting experience (public or corporate)
3. Solid understanding of GAAP
4. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (QuickBooks and NetSuite)
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
7. Eagerness to learn and grow with a collaborative team

Nice to Have:

1. Experience at a start-up or high-growth company
2. Familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce, or tech business models
3. CPA or progress toward certification
