Your role
  • Complete various Audit, Review, and Compilation engagements individually and as part of a team.

  • Provide reliable service to clients by responding promptly and maintaining accountability, integrity, and respect.
  • Assist with business development and goodwill efforts as required.

  • Train and guide junior accountants and co-op students to support their development.
  • Give prompt, direct feedback to less experienced team members.

  • Meet individual profitability targets, business development, and career objectives.
  • Participate in activities to enhance engagement profitability.
  • Understand the firm's structure, operational processes, and financial factors.
  • Develop communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
