Job summary

JPC is seeking a highly experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Observability Engineer to lead the assessment, architecture, and design of an enterprise-wide observability platform across a multi-cloud environment in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SRE/observability and related fields.
• Experience leading architecture for enterprise observability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, architecture, and strategic design of an enterprise-wide observability platform.
• Collaborate with Cloud Operations and Platform Engineering teams across multiple clouds.
• Drive incident response governance, metrics, dashboards, and root-cause analysis.
