Job description

Match Group Vancouver (Plenty of Fish) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Workplace Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and enhance our office environment, amenities, and events. Note : While we have a hybrid working model, this role requires onsite presence in the office Monday through Friday.

This is a 6-month fixed-term role.

How you'll make an impact :

  • You will provide on-site support running the day-to-day operations of our Vancouver HQ, focused on providing best-in-class support for our employees
  • You will collaborate with fellow members of the PREWF (Protect, Real Estate, Workplace, Facilities) team, aligning on workplace initiatives and processes
  • You will support all Vancouver employee experience perks and programs including food & beverage, supplies, wellness offerings, workplace events
  • You will support communications around employee experience and amenities initiatives
  • You will partner with various vendors (snacks, catering, janitorial, events) to support in-person workplace services
  • You will draft, update, and manage office announcements and communications, including communal boards
  • You will build relationships with your partners (EAs and team leaders), partner teams (HR, IT, Finance, DEI), and external vendor services
  • You will coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment
  • You will verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner
  • You will provide support for meetings including coordination, scheduling, setup, and maintaining communications
  • You will assist as needed with space planning tasks such as new hire desk setup, move request coordination, and space audits

  • You have overseen front of house activities such as visitor and security management, food and beverage programs, mailroom and deliveries, and office supply management
  • You have strong relationship management skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • You have strong project management and time management skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are able to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable dealing with highly confidential information
  • You have proven organizational skills, managing multiple work streams and projects
  • You have a customer-focused attitude, ensuring high-quality resolutions
  • You have financial and budget experience, including sourcing / procuring goods or services and following procurement best practices

Salary : $17,500 - $22,500 per year, prorated for the 6-month fixed-term period.

Factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate's experience, education, skills, internal peer equity, market, and business considerations may influence the offered salary. This range reflects a Vancouver-based position.
