Position Overview:

Our Sr. Workday Analyst, Integrations will play a key role working with connectors to integrate Workday with other systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday’s integration tools and methods, as well as experience in managing complex data flows and providing technical support for integration issues. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Workday integrations. The Sr. Workday Analyst, Integrations will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other third-party systems.

What You'll Do:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services.
  2. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Develop and test integration solutions to ensure they meet business needs and are fully functional.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration workflows and data discrepancies.
  5. Monitor integration performance and ensure the reliability and security of integrations.
  6. Provide post-implementation support and address integration issues as they arise.
  7. Work closely with third-party vendors to integrate Workday with external systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely transfers.
  8. Perform routine system updates and assist in the preparation of system audits and compliance reviews.
  9. Develop and maintain integration documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and process flows.
  10. Continuously enhance and optimize integrations to improve system efficiency and user experience.
  11. Stay current on Workday updates, best practices, and new integration features.

Let's Talk About You:

  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources
  • Must have 5+ years of experience as HRIS Specialist using Workday integrations, Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Web Services.
  • Desired experience working with HCM, Recruitment, Learning and Time Tracking modules; Experience with Workday reporting and security.
  • 2+ years of experience with SOX, IT General Controls, GDPR and related audit requirements.
  • 1+ years of experience with project management.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite of tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
