Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic senior leadership professional to join Integrated Financial Technologies (IFT), a leading BPO company specializing in collections, customer service, lease end returns, and transaction processing. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic leader responsible for business development, client retention, driving operational efficiencies and maximizing shareholder returns.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with strategic partners and key clients.
  • Build, nurture, and expand a robust network in the BPO, leasing, and financial services sectors.
  • Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations for major accounts.

Customer Retention

  • Cultivate long term client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop tailored solutions that address client needs, driving satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Analyze client feedback and industry trends to identify and implement retention strategies.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee operations in collections, customer service, lease end returns, and transaction support.
  • Set and monitor KPI’s to ensure service quality, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive change management.

Financial Performance

  • In conjunction with the CFO, develop a multi-year financial plan that supports top-line revenue growth and operating margin expansion.

Team Development

  • Mentor, inspire, and develop high performing teams.
  • Instill a culture of accountability, client first mindset, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in BPO or related industries (collections, leasing, customer support, or transaction processing).
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management at an Executive or Director level.
  • Extensive industry contacts and recognized as a well connected leader in the sector.
  • Strong financial acumen, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
