Responsibilities:

Compensation Strategy & Execution

  1. Develop and implement a global compensation philosophy
  2. Establish job leveling frameworks, salary ranges, and career progression models tailored for a diverse workforce
  3. Analyze market trends, salary surveys, and benchmarking data to ensure a competitive edge
  4. Review performance-based bonus structures, retention incentives, and recognition programs that drive engagement
  5. Oversee compensation cycles, including salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus allocations
  6. Assist in executive compensation and international mobility pay structures, ensuring alignment with business goals

Analytics & Reporting

  1. Provide strategic insights on compensation, workforce trends, rewards, and performance using HRIS tools (Excel, UKG, Tableau)
  2. Lead total rewards reporting
  3. Manage compensation survey submissions, budget tracking, and vendor partnerships to optimize processes

Collaborating Across the Business

  1. Work closely with People & Culture teams to integrate compensation strategies into broader talent retention and engagement initiatives
  2. Partner with global leaders to provide guidance on pay decisions, market benchmarking, and recognition frameworks
  3. Develop communication and education materials to educate employees and managers on compensation and recognition principles and rewards programs

Qualifications:

Required

  1. Expertise in salary structures, pay equity, market benchmarking, and recognition strategies
  2. Previous experience in building, executing, and optimizing compensation programs
  3. Advanced analytics and HRIS skills (Excel, salary surveys, dashboards and possibly HRIS)
  4. Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with executives and HR teams
  6. Hands-on problem solver who can balance strategy with execution
  7. Communication and collaboration are key skills in this role

Work Experience, Education and Certifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in global compensation, total rewards, and analytics
  2. University degree or college diploma (Business Administration, HR) or related work experience
  3. Any relevant certifications
