Your Role:

As our Sr. TPM, you'll lead our most ambitious SmartHome initiatives. You won't just manage projects – you'll shape the future of our business. Your expertise will contribute to building and driving our SmartHome roadmap, pushing the boundaries of innovation.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams on feature delivery, from prioritization to design, testing, and development.
  • Manage relationships, stakeholder communication, and cross-team dependencies, including scoping, planning, prioritization, escalation, capacity planning, and alignment.
  • Partner with product, technology, business, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives through planning, delivery, risk management, and roadmap optimization.
  • Drive cross-functional technical initiatives by aligning teams on strategies for technical delivery and program management.
  • Promote our culture and foster collaboration, partnership, and excellence.
Qualifications

What Sets You Apart:

  • Proven success in launching large-scale software projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, with seasoned program management skills.
  • Technical knowledge to communicate effectively with developers and business leaders.
  • Ability to build partnerships and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

What you bring:

  • 7+ years managing complex, consumer-facing programs in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing software development projects using agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Strategic, proactive, and innovative thinking.
  • Experience with cloud environments, microservices, data pipelines, and automation is preferred.

Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
