Rogers is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Lead to support the Access Deployment Management (ADM) business as usual bug fixes to ADM and also to provide feature development in ADM.

Individuals within the Network Transformation and Enablement job family are responsible for activities that contribute to the day to day running of ADMtool and managing the life cycle of delivering standard components in ADM. The life cycle includes but not limited to data migration, data import and data manipulation, etc.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support and maintenance, production scheduling and control, reports distribution, product launch, ensuring support for agreed upon ADM service levels, as well as backup and recovery capacity for any of the ADM infrastructure component areas.
  • Network Transformation and Enablement professionals may undertake project work such as implementation of new product within ADM to support new business initiatives, including infrastructure deployment or upgrades, communication with vendors and liaison with other network teams.
  • User and Production Support professionals are responsible for providing all ADM support services to their clients, maintaining the production environment and working with other network departments to ensure the delivery of requests.
  • Identify production issues or taking support calls from their business clients and for managing production incidents from inception to resolution. This often involves working with application developers or engineers to ensure solutions meet long term goals.
  • Requires a level of knowledge, skills and competencies in support of the roles and responsibilities assigned.
  • Performs analysis and provides feedback.
  • Responds to escalations, for one or more applications/modules. Monitors applications and systems within their area of responsibility. Typically acts as a second level of escalation.
  • Delivers on a specific operational function(s), as well as participates in moderately complex project related activities.
  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing data, and providing feedback.
  • Extends knowledge of local systems and business to groups or departmental level.

What You Bring

  • Working familiarity with databases and reporting applications, where appropriate.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and process improvements.
  • Awareness of range of activities / tasks pertaining to applicable work area / function.
  • Familiarity with procedures and service requirements relative to the role.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Experiences in data migration and/or telecom would be an asset.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and a solid understanding of the telecom business.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent and 5 years of applied technical experience.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
