Fuze HR Solutions in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to join the HR team on a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role will execute and develop the organization’s talent management strategy while delivering day-to-day HR support across the business.

About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to join their HR team.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this individual will play a key role in executing and developing the organization's talent management strategy while providing day-to-day HR support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and leadership development.
• Support workforce planning, employee development, career progression and internal mobility initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and department managers to identify talent gaps and develop workforce strategies.
• Provide hands-on support with employee relations, performance management, HR policies and day‑time employee matters.
• Support full‑cycle recruitment and provide coaching and guidance to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Help strengthen internal recruitment processes and reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Develop and implement HR programs, tools and processes that support organizational growth.
• Monitor HR metrics, identify trends and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Manage competing priorities while ensuring timely follow‑up and execution of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally with a strong focus on talent management and organizational development.
• Experience developing and implementing performance management, succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies and employment legislation.
• Previous experience supporting full‑cycle recruitment and coaching or mentoring team members.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced
