Position Summary

The Sr. Talent Development Partner is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, facilitating, and evaluating learning projects for assigned business functions. This includes creating engaging, multi-modal learning solutions aligned with business goals, and adapting to rapid change with agility and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify learning needs and recommend solutions through collaboration with HR partners.
  2. Conduct learning needs analysis and evaluate business requirements.
  3. Curate relevant learning content, organize it for target audiences, and present it effectively.
  4. Investigate and determine the most effective learning methods and procedures.
  5. Work with SMEs to gather and vet content.
  6. Create instructional design documents for stakeholder approval.
  7. Utilize various educational technologies to develop meaningful learning experiences.
  8. Design and develop courses including change management, communication, and evaluation tools, following adult learning principles and Agile development models.
  9. Assess participant progress and recommend process improvements.
  10. Coordinate with HR and external vendors for learning interventions.
  11. Update and improve existing learning materials.
  12. Stay informed on emerging educational technology trends and best practices.

  • Experience in root cause analysis and learning solution recommendations.
  • Quality assurance experience in learning solutions.
  • Proven instructional design skills across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of current trends in learning design.
  • Ability to develop engaging content for various delivery methods.
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and other educational tools.
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Education
  • Degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in adult learning and instructional design, developing interactive, blended learning solutions.
  • Certifications such as CTDP, CPTD, or membership in Learning Guild are assets.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture.

Salary: $48.13 - $51.73 per hour, with total rewards package details provided in the full posting.
