The Senior Systems Analyst – IT People Systems is a critical technical role within Our Client’s People Systems team, responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing HR technology solutions. This role provides technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to junior analysts while driving continuous improvement across HR and Payroll systems. Additionally, the Senior Systems Analyst partners closely with leadership to provide feedback, insights, and recommendations on system performance, process improvements, and business needs.
