Bell in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Senior App Designer to drive end-to-end design across multiple product streams, shaping user journeys from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams, applying our design system and guidelines (HIG, Material Design) to create mobile-first, accessible experiences.
This role emphasizes WCAG compliance, visual hierarchy, typography, motion, and thoughtful interactions.
Connection is everything. It drives us to innovate, explore, and stay close to what matters to us most. At Bell, we're building a more connected future through world-class networks, AI-powered solutions, and digital experiences that elevate how people live, work, and play every day.

We are looking for a Senior App Designer to join our team. The right person for this role works comfortably across complex UX problems and polished visual design without losing quality at either end. You bring a strong eye for visual design, hierarchy, typography, and interaction detail, and you are direct about trade-offs, comfortable working across teams, and bring a clear point of view to the work.
This is a role with broad reach. You will work across multiple product streams and teams, contributing wherever the work requires. At the core of it, you will drive end‑to‑end design across full user journeys, from early concept through to delivery, working confidently within our established design system along the way.
