The Sr Specialist Network Automation Architect will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven automation workflows that transform network operations across our large energy company's critical infrastructure.

This role focuses on creating autonomous agent systems with human-in-the-loop controls that ensure zero-risk tolerance while revolutionizing operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
  • Design AI-driven workflows for network automation spanning planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Develop autonomous agent systems that can analyze requirements, generate solutions, and implement with human approval gate.
  • Build intelligent decision-making frameworks that understand energy sector compliance and safety, reliability, and performance requirements.
  • Implement machine learning models for predictive maintenance, capacity planning, and anomaly detection.
  • Build comprehensive automation pipelines that integrate with existing tools (Cisco, Versa, Palo Alto, NetScaler).
Who You Are
  • You possess Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of software engineering experience, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
  • Advanced AI/ML Engineering: 5+ years developing production AI systems, preferably in infrastructure or operations.
  • Deep understanding of network automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Python).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work multi-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
