We are hiring a Sr. Software Engineer AI to develop AI-driven solutions that empower businesses with intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and next-generation software applications. Your work will include AI model development, cloud deployment, MLOps, and software engineering using Agile practices, focusing on both greenfield development and modernization of existing solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement scalable AI architectures using cloud-native technologies, containerization, and serverless computing.
• Optimize AI models, including fine-tuning LLMs, indexing, chunking, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Build and integrate AI solutions with APIs and cloud services like Azure AI/ML, AWS AI/ML, and Google AI.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD and IaC.
• Develop AI agents with frameworks such as Auto-GPT, LangChain, and OpenAI’s Function Calling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Research emerging AI technologies to keep Softchoice at the forefront.
• Create reusable components and technical documentation.
• Support pre-sales and sales teams with AI expertise.

What you’ll bring:

• Over 7 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in AI development preferred.
• Expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, FastAPI, Flask, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, open-source LLMs, or generative AI applications.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of search/indexing solutions for RAG applications.
• Strong API development and integration skills.
• Experience in prompt engineering, model tuning, and AI optimization.
• Understanding of MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• Experience building AI-driven agent applications and multi-agent architectures.
• Proven ability to develop proof-of-concept and scalable full-stack applications.
• Cloud and AI/ML certifications are a plus.
