We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our diverse team! The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM Websphere Application Server, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSTL, JSP, Struts, and Java. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain web applications using IBM Websphere Application Server, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSTL, JSP, Struts, and Java.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain security standard processes in web applications.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

• Possess a strong background in IBM Websphere Application Server, Java, Struts, CSS, HTML, JSTL, JSP, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot sophisticated technical issues.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills working optimally with multi-functional teams.
• Have 7-10 years of experience with automated testing frameworks and standard methodologies for ensuring code quality.
• Display a proactive approach to optimizing application performance and scalability.
