Your Impact:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing DevOps tooling and automation for publicly available cloud-based management systems and private cloud-based security and compliance solutions. You will engage in solving meaningful challenges within a motivated team, gaining exposure to advanced technologies beyond individual access.As a hands-on DevOps engineer, coach, and evangelist, you will influence and guide agile development teams toward automation, shifting left, and increasing release velocity.

As a Senior DevOps Developer, you will:

• Use cutting edge technology to build, automate and maintain a highly efficient, flexible build ecosystem and virtual infrastructures.
• Design, deploy, manage and maintain operational build and test pipelines for multiple teams.
• Work closely with development teams to create CI/CD pipeline automation systems.
• Define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on build infrastructure.
• Ensure Stability and Availability pipelines for the teams.
• Troubleshoot and triage pipeline failures to support swift resolution.
• Build tools and processes to support the CI/CD infrastructure.

What you need to Succeed:

• CI/CD Expertise – Experience creating, automating, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (using tools such as GitLab and Jenkins).
• Strong Technical Skills – Good knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Groovy, Bash, Ruby, etc.), broad knowledge of network/security/DNS concepts, basic knowledge of programming languages (such as C++, C#, Java), solid experience with OS administration (Windows, macOS and Linux), deep knowledge of OS internals is a plus.
• DevOps Tool Knowledge – Experience working with source control systems (like Git, SVN, P4, ClearCase), repository tools (like Artifactory), static code analysis (like Fortify, Coverity, SonarQube), and extensive experience with error logging/visualization/analytics systems (like Grafana).
• Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge – Experience with designing/provisioning/maintaining cloud resources (like Terraform), IaC and container orchestration and system configuration (such as Kubernetes and Ansible), and VM/cloud management (like vCloud).
• Problem-Solving & Communication – Strong analytical skills and ability to get things done, intellectual capacity to take on a variety of technical issues and ability to prioritize tasks, effective written/verbal communication and good conflict resolution skills.
• Organizational Skills – Deep experience with Agile methodology, working knowledge of project management and tracking tools (like Jira and Confluence).
• Industry Experience & Education – 5+ years of experience in DevOps, bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Preferred Technical Qualification (optional): Experience with configuring CMake for cross platform builds for Windows/macOS/Linux, experience with Web/SaaS product development.
