Base pay range

CA$59,400.00/yr - CA$66,900.00/yr

What’s The Job

The Senior Securitization Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Securitization team, including scheduling, adherence to SLAs, quality, coaching, and performance management. The role involves preparing, reviewing, submitting, following up, and closing securitization tranches with TFG’s securitization partners. It also includes providing timely and accurate reporting to support securitization activities and assisting in department reporting. Support in documentation, audits, funding, and training on securitization processes may also be required.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Ensure accuracy of work through quality assurance
  • Assist in managing KPIs and metrics
  • Prepare team member schedules
  • Respond to and resolve escalated customer issues
  • Review funding packages for accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain records of funding tranches
  • Request post-funding documents
  • Respond to partner questions regarding funding packages
  • Ensure funding timelines are met through effective communication
  • Create assignment documents for partners
  • Report weekly on securitization activities
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of funding packages
  • Compile data for reports and benchmarks
  • Verify lease and loan funding packages
  • Escalate issues to management
  • Create directions and invoices for tranches
