Insight Global is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to support a leading aerospace organization undergoing a major digital transformation. You will modernize PLM and MES platforms and align enterprise architecture with the SAP S/4HANA roadmap.

This role requires working across business and technical teams to drive integration strategies and shape future-state SAP solutions within a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This role will play a critical part in modernizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platforms while aligning enterprise architecture with the company's future SAP S/4HANA roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise transformation initiatives involving PLM and MES modernization.
• Define and document solution, application, and integration architectures.
• Collaborate with architects, SMEs, and project teams to establish future-state designs.
• Align SAP ECC and SAP HANA environments with long-term SAP S/4HANA objectives.
• Design integrations between SAP, PLM, and MES platforms.
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical designs, and solution documentation.
• Participate in requirements gathering, planning sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
• Ensure solution scalability and compatibility with future SAP upgrades.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Solution Architecture experience.
• Strong expertise with:

• SAP NetWeaver (ABAP & Java)

• SAP BTP
• Experience configuring SAP ECC and supporting business process design initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Basic project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP PP and SAP AIF knowledge.
• Experience with SAP Portal and SAP SaaS products (IBP, FSM, Ariba).
• S/4HANA development knowledge.
• REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native SAP development experience.
• DevOps exposure including Cloud Foundry, GitHub, Jenkins, and testing tools.
• SAP Security experience.
• Manufacturing or production planning industry background.
• French language proficiency.

Compensation:

• $80/hr to $92/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
