About the Role

We are seeking a Sr Salesforce Admin to take ownership of our Salesforce environments, ensuring they are optimized, compliant with best practices, and provide maximum value to our teams. In this role, you will focus on improving system functionality, streamlining processes, and maintaining a reliable, scalable Salesforce platform that supports our Sales and Service operations.

About the Team

As part of the Business Systems Team, you will collaborate with a group of dedicated professionals who are responsible for supporting and enhancing Salesforce Sales and Service solutions. This team plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency, providing seamless user experiences, and delivering innovative solutions to meet business needs.

About the Job

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring it operates at peak efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and maintain system configurations that align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce processes and workflows.
  • Manage and enhance Salesforce integrations with other tools and systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and address user concerns.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates and proactively suggest features or solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure the team is leveraging Salesforce effectively.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sr Salesforce Admin, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing Salesforce platforms.
  • Salesforce-certified (Admin, Advanced Admin, and App Builder certifications required).
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration, system governance, and deployment best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Strong skills in Salesforce Flows and process automation tools.
  • Proven ability to design flexible and scalable solutions that address evolving business needs.

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here.
