Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager

Reports To: VP Finance and Operations

Position Overview

We’re looking for an accomplished Sr. Sales Manager to lead our Sales Department across all residential and multi-family construction projects. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who already has years of experience in the new homebuilding industry—and is ready to bring their insight and leadership to a company that values making a difference every day.

You’ve built and led successful sales teams, understand the pace and complexity of new home sales, and are ready to step into a role where your ideas and leadership will directly shape our sales strategy, team development, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by leading, supporting, and developing the Sales team to achieve and exceed annual targets, key metrics, and community-specific goals.
  • Support and oversee the sales documentation process to ensure a seamless customer experience, with purchase agreements and offers completed on time and in line with pricing and approval protocols.
  • Monitor and support the conveyancing process to ensure deal requirements are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance from conditional sale through to possession.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing releases, and CRM usage—ensuring accurate data entry, lead follow-up, and consistent lead qualification and ranking across the sales team.
  • Ensure the successful execution of new project and product launches in close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and other internal departments.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to set objectives, review progress, and address community-specific goals.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive projects, and buyer behavior to support agile sales strategies and maintain sales velocity.
  • Participate in industry and sales community events to build relationships and maintain market presence.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years and proven success in leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding sales targets in residential new homes sales.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing the full homebuying process (contracts, financing, customer experience).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics tools to support data-informed decision making.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with digital buyer engagement tools and online lead conversion strategies.
