The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $105K - CAD $115K/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct regression testing to identify and document defects, ensuring the quality of releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand new features and existing functionalities.
• Integrate testing frameworks with AI and GenAI models to enhance testing capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in regression testing and test automation.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies and their application in testing.
• Familiarity with banking domain processes and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred skills

• Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.
• Certification in Testing.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization.
