Job Title: Sr. QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary:
This is a Sr. QA automation position for the Issuer application team to perform tests on innovative solutions that meet functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements while adhering to development and delivery schedules, QA principles, and quality goals. The ideal candidate should be hands-on technically and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with global product managers, business users, tech leads, and QA team members.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform hands-on automation testing within a fast-growing global business and development team.
2. Focus mainly on automation test deliverables.
3. Create and implement automation test strategies aligned with project requirements.
4. Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks to streamline test development and execution.
5. Interpret manual test cases, translate them into automation test cases, and execute automation regression tests to support releases.
6. Conduct code reviews for automated test cases.
7. Identify and document software defects and issues; work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve them.
8. Provide guidance and coaching to junior QA team members on automation best practices and methodologies.
9. Stay updated on emerging automation tools and technologies, and propose improvements to existing frameworks and processes.
