Our client is looking for a Sr. project manager with experience authoring project proposals, governance structures, budgets, requirements documentation, and significant delivery experience for a Health Client.
Must Have's:
- 5+ years as a Project Manager managing IT software or infrastructure projects with budgets over $2M and staff exceeding five (5) FTEs
- 5+ years of experience PM'ing at an enterprise scale environment with multiple interfaced systems, and established dev/test/prod/train environment management practices and organizational change control gates
- Experience in healthcare, data analytics, or information technology
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience negotiating with suppliers
- Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) - Experience in organizational change management impacting hundreds of staff
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, data analytics, or information technology
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Excel reporting
- Good understanding of IT architecture and standards
Responsibilities:
- Manage, schedule, and coordinate all project aspects throughout the entire lifecycle
- Support a proactive, cross-functional project team that encourages innovation, teamwork, and open communication; promote and model corporate values
- Maintain high competency in project management disciplines
- Lead project team members in project implementation, planning, management, coordination, change management, transition, and communication
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, setting expectations and ensuring alignment
- Manage issues, escalations, and track resolutions
- Support decision-making processes and tracking
- Lead, direct, and manage project staff for optimal resource utilization
- Organize and prioritize work, provide performance feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Security Officer
