Hexagon's Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial (SIG) division is seeking a Public Safety Software Delivery Senior Project Manager based out of our Mississauga, ON, or Calgary, AB office. Qualified candidates working remotely in a virtual, home office environment will also be considered. Candidates, whether office-based or remote, will be required to travel to client sites across Canada.

Your Mission :

As a client-facing Senior Project Manager, you will support the ongoing business operations by providing leadership to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects and client services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, supporting, facilitating, and implementing projects of varying size, diversity, and complexity
• Managing projects to deliver on time, within budget, and meeting client quality standards
• Creating project plans covering scope, budget, deliverables, schedule, and team responsibilities
• Coordinating work, providing instructions, advice, leadership, and guidance to team members
• Reviewing ongoing work and assessing completed tasks for accuracy, results, and quality
• Ensuring effective communication among project teams, management, and clients
• Facilitating issue resolution and escalation processes
• Participating in project scoping, including producing or validating LOEs and SOWs
• Preparing status and financial reports for clients and internal use
• Engaging in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations
