What You’ll Be Doing

Working as part of the Enterprise Physical Security team, this role supports all of Corporate Security. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing Corporate Security training, education, awareness, and security-related communications for internal clients, as well as external upon request. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key business and technology partners, creating and delivering presentations and communications on behalf of Corporate Security, creating and maintaining internal web and social media content, organizing and running campaigns and events, as well as other duties as required.

How You’ll Succeed
  • Program Management: Prioritize deliverables and manage multiple, concurrent projects. Understand the interdependencies among deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders. Build partnerships within and outside the organization.
  • Operational Support: Provide proactive Corporate Security education, timely responses to security questions via email, social media, intranet, and in-person. Lead enterprise awareness, education, and communications relating to security for CIBC Square. Act as the single point of contact for safety & security training related to CIBC’s Retail banking network. Experience in Retail Banking is an asset.
  • Awareness and Education Content Development: Develop and present security awareness content related to Corporate Security. Support additional initiatives in consultation with other business lines (e.g., Cyber Security). Develop and contribute to security communications and provide subject matter expertise on security inquiries.
  • Communication and Process Improvement: Stay updated on internal and external security trends, contribute to policy and standard improvements, and communicate the threat landscape. Strive for thought leadership and collaborate with other teams to advance education and awareness programs.
