Since our head office is in Toronto, this will be a remote role that requires someone who has a well equipped home office where they can participate in and lead meetings who is also comfortable working Eastern Standard Time hours.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our evolving Product Team and take on this challenging role owing the Roll Labels category and the research and marketing focused parts of our overall product management process. This diverse role incorporates elements of strategy, execution, and performance of our physical product lines.
Working closely with our executive team, the other Product Managers and cross functionally with production and marketing teams this person will have the opportunity to influence our product roadmap, introduce new offerings, optimize merchandising, and drive cross-functional collaboration and optimization of exciting new products across a wide range of product lines. In addition to a focus on one of our key product lines this person will have the additional responsibility of helping us coordinate and prioritize the input to our product pipeline (including formal and informal research) and improving our ability and capacity to promote new products .

If you’re experienced in launching and scaling the creation and delivery of physical products—especially in a custom, B2C or B2B e-commerce environment—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership: Manage the lifecycle of multiple physical products (e.g., stickers, labels, magnets, decals, wearables), from concept to sunset.
  • New Product Introduction: Drive strategy and execution for launching new products, variants, and formats.
  • Merchandising Leadership: Ensure best-in-class product presentation on customer-facing channels (website, catalogs, packaging, trade-shows, etc.).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with design, manufacturing, operations, marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to deliver compelling products.
  • Costing & Pricing: Own product costing, pricing models, and margin optimization in collaboration with finance and operations.
  • Training & Enablement: Support internal teams with product knowledge, training materials, and competitive positioning.
  • Strategy & Roadmapping: Define short- and long-term product roadmaps based on customer needs, data, and market trends.
  • Accountable for product revenue plan and share accountability for gross margin.
  • Conduct market research and lead interactions with customers and other stakeholders to map out new product introductions and existing product hacks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with physical goods (required).
  • University degree, BSC, BA or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in pricing, product introduction and merchandising.
  • Background in manufacturing, customized products, or e-commerce is a major plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product portfolios.
  • Relevant research, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen - P&L, revenue planning, and gross margin management.
  • Problem solver who is able to quickly grasp new concepts, terms, products and processes.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral - able to communicate concepts and ideas to different stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaborator - Highly enthusiastic team player who can work well with and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks and be mindful of time sensitive projects.
  • Nice to have - background in printing industry.
