The Canada Prime team owns driving overall program growth through customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention activities for our customers on Amazon.ca. We are looking for a highly creative, results-oriented Senior Product Manager who understands the importance of compelling programs and the value Prime offers to customers and Amazon.

This role offers autonomy to set strategy and implement a diverse set of initiatives throughout the year.

Key responsibilities
  • Innovate on behalf of Canadian customers on new ways to make the Prime program more relevant and essential to their daily lives.
  • Drive the CA Prime member growth product roadmap and collaborate with the WW product teams to prioritize and launch new products in CA across member engagement, retention and payment charters.
  • Plan, localize and measure impact of new feature launches in the engagement, retention and payment spaces.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across business teams (Benefit Partners, Payments, Central Prime, Marketing) to drive innovation, understand business needs, vet opportunities, and deliver analytically-based recommendations to drive action and develop new products.
  • Develop and lead the go-to-market execution of key strategic and Canada-first initiatives to drive Prime member growth.
  • Optimize the overall impact of Prime, considering customer behavior, revenue, and ROI.
  • Develop customer insights and monitor market segment trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, escalating issues early and providing data-driven recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
