Overview

Product Manager - Developer Experience

On behalf of our client, Procom is looking for a Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Execute product roadmap for developer insights platform
• Create business cases and ROI models for productivity measurement initiatives
• Present product vision to executive leadership, translating technical capabilities into business value
• Collaborate with data engineering
• Define data quality standards and validation frameworks for productivity metrics
• Work with UX / UI teams to create intuitive dashboards for complex analytics
• Conduct user research
• Design user journeys for analytical workflows
• Navigate regulatory compliance including EU work council requirements for productivity tools
• Partner with legal and compliance teams on data governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B enterprise software product management experience
• Track record with complex analytics or developer tools products
• Data-driven product development and user research for technical audiences

Technical & Analytics

• Experience with data analytics platforms and dashboard design
• Knowledge of developer productivity metrics (DORA, SPACE framework) a bonus
• Understanding of statistical methods and composite index construction

Domain Expertise

• Awareness of modern development practices (CI / CD, code review, testing)
• Knowledge of choice modeling or statistical methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Data analytics certification or technical development background
