About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a strategic, user-focused leadership role with a strong emphasis on product development and deep expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) applications. You will own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of FSM solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and fuel business growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact features and ensure our FSM products remain innovative and competitive in the market.

Job Description

• Define and lead the product roadmap for FSM solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Translate complex FSM workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery through development, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and continuously improve product usability and performance.
• Perform market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the FSM domain.
• Define success metrics, track product performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate product vision, updates, and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience or certifications / courses, is required.
• Must have at least 5+ years in Product Management, preferably to have prior experience in Start-up (SaaS) or entrepreneurial environment, with a proven track record of success.
• Highly preferable : Hands-on experience with FSM (Field Service Management) applications.
• Strong knowledge of FSM processes such as scheduling, dispatching, technician enablement, and work order management.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions in fast-paced, agile settings.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership presence and a collaborative, data-driven mindset.
