A consulting firm in Ontario is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to document and design operational processes. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, improving process efficiency, and implementing change management strategies. Ideal candidates should be certified in Six Sigma or business process management with strong analytical skills and experience in stakeholder collaboration.
The senior Process Analyst handles documenting, detailing, and designing various operational processes for business, finance, and Information Technology groups. The process analyst is preferably certified in Six Sigma or business process management.
This is a contract role for six to twelve months. The job involves Key Performance Measures of the organization to deliver their services. The process analyst will analyze key performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Examples include volume of work, wait-time, response-time, hiring-time, and other metrics impacting service delivery.
The process analyst should also have experience with the implementation (change management) of new findings. Ideally, they have experience in implementing identified process changes.
