Barcoded Medication Administration is an inventory control system that uses barcodes to prevent human errors at all steps of medication management in hospitals, ensuring the right drug and dose are given to the right patient. The Barcoding Project, part of the Bridge Northwest Program (Meditech Expanse Project), aims to standardize barcoding procedures across all regional hospital sites from medication acquisition to administration. The Pharmacy Technician will assist regional hospital pharmacy departments in establishing comprehensive, consistent, and sustainable medication inventory barcoding practices to support safe Barcoded Medication Administration.
Salary Range: $33.940 to $39.070
