Job description

Job Title: Operations Architect
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 6+ Months

An Operations Architect is responsible for designing and optimizing operational processes and systems across an organization. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations, effective use of resources, and the scalability of operations. The Operations Architect works to streamline workflows, integrate systems, and improve efficiencies to meet business objectives.

Must Haves (and how they are used):

  1. Process Design and Improvement: Expertise in mapping, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to collect and analyze data to assess process performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process changes.
  3. Process Standardization & Documentation: Skilled in creating and documenting standardized procedures and workflows that ensure consistency and quality across teams.
  4. Change Management & Implementation: Strong understanding of how to lead process changes and manage their implementation, ensuring smooth adoption by teams.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments, communicate process changes, and resolve challenges during implementation.

Plusses:

  • Experience in the Public Sector (PS), or Broader Public Sector (BPS) is a benefit.
